'Faint Traces'
This personal project documents my fear of forgetting my loved ones as time erases our memories. It grew out of my dad’s hospitalisation in September, when his rapid decline made me confront how few clear, good memories I could still recall.
I started to picture him in my mind — his face, what he wears, his hobbies — did I remember them correctly? Baseball became the central focus of this project. My dad is the reason I know baseball. He introduced my sisters and me to the anime Cross Game, taught me to play in the garden after school, watched every Blue Jays game on his devices, and would randomly mimic a pitch while watching TV. Baseball holds a huge part of his identity and of the few memories I have with him.
To portray my dad accurately, I brought his baseball cap and catcher’s mitt to the shoot. The mitt is especially sentimental—I had the same one in a smaller size, and we used them for practice when I was a kid. Both are now oxidised; mine no longer fits, and I can barely squeeze into his. The model couldn’t fit into it either, and I imagine my dad wouldn’t be able to now as well.

With Noir Show 25 just wrapped, I’m finally sharing moments from the 1st Noir show, which I got to be a part of. It was my first proper runway experience, and while I was still finding my footing, I remain deeply grateful for the opportunity to walk for @tilda.bayes and style for @luciaguedan and @tilda.bayes .
It was nerve-wracking stepping in with limited experience, but I learned so much and met many incredible people along the way. Thank you @sophina_vero for helping me in Tilda's place, and keeping me accompany. This experience will always be a meaningful part of my journey.

I made an interactive fashion game inspired by 00s online fashion games and paper dolls in old newspapers/ magazines. The goal is to have participants creating their own nostalgic outfit, documenting the thoughts/ feelings that evoked from the creative process.
This was my first time holding an 'exhibition' 𐔌՞. .՞𐦯 It was very daunting and anxiety-inducing, but also so fulfilling seeing people actually enjoy the game.
Shoutout to @lucia_guedan for this template which sets the scene already and made my life so much easier, and my sis and mum for the emotional support that saved me from a nervous breakdown in the library🍬
