Their combination number 2 comes with your choice of adobo (I always go with the super tender pork belly), pancit bison, and 2 lumpia of your choice (I also highly recommend the pork lumpia!). Bellevue now has a Food Truck Pod and everyone needs to go check them out. Every weekday from 11am-2pm, various food trucks are offering up delicious plates. It’s a different cuisine every day and when we went on Tuesday, @falafelsalam and @88cues were there. You guys already know how much I love their Pita and Pocket Pita sandwiches (get it with the Purple (Fusion) style), but you also have to try out their other offerings too. This was the first time I tried the Lamb Kefte and I’ll be getting that again along with their amazing Hummus. We also checked out @88cues for some tasty Filipino Classics. We got the Combo 2 which came with Garlic Pancit Bihon, Chicken Adobo and Ground Beef Lumpia. The Chicken Adobo was literally fall off the bone and I could’ve eaten 10 more of the Ground Beef Lumpia. I also tried their Kinilaw, which was their Daily Special. It was so refreshing and had a nice kick to it as well. If you’re want to try the Kinilaw, @88cues will have it at the @fremontsundaymarket as well. Trust me, you should order it. The Bellevue Food Truck Pod is another great spot if you’re looking lunch on the Eastside. I’ll definitely come back on a different weekday to try more food trucks. We had spicy/green skhu'ug on the side and subbed the beef gyro for lamb 😋 and it was so good! We also had some of their 🧄🍟 Garlic Fries!
