Remember you must die. We are here to create pieces that will still be here after we die. @8.16studio x @bloodnburgh is a divine partnership not just a collab between 2 Co-designers, Josh and Dwayne. “God don’t make no mistakes.” We create on purpose. We live this, and it not about just being “cool”. God has blessed both of us with the desire and ability to create . We are artist, so this collection is a story that is ongoing and season-less. Everything is handmade through the use of sashiko thread, bleached denim, knits, mesh, screen printing, and textile manipulation. Memento Mori is a dark ethereal tailored approach that showcases our ability to re-imagine our world. Our story is meant to evoke a scared spiritual presence that leaves people wanting more.
