I survived my first blizzard 🏂! what a pleasure it is to share some moments from my recent @thelotradio set with you all! I feel so privileged to have had the opportunity to share my love of music and dancing on this platform and I hope that those of you who got to watch felt my joy! I also want to give a huge shoutout to all my friends in the booth with me that day - to be nearly 3,000 miles from my home and still be in room of close friends (from home) warmed my heart beyond measure. Thank you @smmmmurray@nicolestarflower , @jelrgreen , @sylvjasworld and @gaunt.viking for being with me and grounding me during a very special moment in time. I love grooving alone but you all made it so much better!
I also want to send love to all of you who tuned in live on the internet! 🛜 the chatroom was popping and the love was felt!
I am so honored to continue to have new opportunities to share my love of music and dancing with the world and I thank you all so much for believing in me and supporting me along the way!
If you missed it, fear not - the entire set is available now (with complete tracklist) on The Lot Radio website, linked in bio!
I also want to give a shoutout to @punkwithacamera and @diablomacabre for the EPIC shirt design and print.

Happy Summer, friends 🌞 I hope this note finds you well! Just wanted to check in say what’s up and let you know what I’ve got going on in the next couple of weeks!
First and foremost I wanted to share that I have a really significant birthday coming up at the end of the month! As I write this I am in the last weeks of my 20s and am super excited to finally turn 30 on the 31st of July.
What a journey it has been… growing up I never really pondered what it would be like to turn 30, I had no idea what I’d look like, how my body would feel, what types of activites I would do for fun or anything of that sort. I’m happy to share that as I quickly approach this culturally significant age threshold I’m excited and really happy about the person I’ve grown (and continue to grow) into.
I’m so appreciative of the friends I’ve made and the community I’ve built and all the amazing role models I have in my life.
Because my birthday is the last day of the month I firmly decided this year to celebrate everyday of July, so I’ve been pushing myself to get out of my comfort zone and try different activities that have interested me in the past but have been historically too nervous to try.
As always, I’m so thankful for all the love you continuously share with me and wanted to invite you to a couple of things I’ve got going on the rest of the month and into August 💗

Also - I know that there is extreme financial burden on huge swathes of the population and this can make attending events a challenge for many. As many of you know, music and community gathering is more than about partying, I really see it as a tool for deep healing and as an opportunity to process pain and other emotions. That being said, I never want finances to be a burden to someone accessing an event I’m playing so if you are interested in attending any of these events but are concerned about cost please DM and we will get that resolved.
Be well - with love ❤️
Howdy y’all and happy winter ❄️ I’m super excited to share a clip I put together in collaboration with @blacktechnomatters , I’m so honored to be included in their #JAMUARY festivities and I highly encourage you to check out all the other amazing artists doing their thing!
Due to a recent move I have been on a bit of a production hiatus while I’ve been getting my studio space back together, I’m happy to say that I’m finally feeling good about where the space is at and I’ve been able to get some good experimentation 🧪 sessions in, with more to come soon!
For those of you curious, I’m running a DAWless setup here (except for the audio recording)
The primary MIDI clock for this setup is my @weareelektron Digitakt (Mark 1), this device has 8 tracks and is doing most of the heavy lifting here.
From this I’m running MIDI directly into my @behringer Edge which is honestly one of the most fun synth-y devices I’ve ever played around with (and quite affordable for what it does)
I’m then taking the MIDI out from my Edge directly into my @rolandglobal TR8 drum machine, which is so powerful I could have done this jam with just it - but today it had a VERY specific role, that sexy high hat ride.
The audio from the Edge and TR8 are both being ran directly into the Digitakt and the master out of the Digitakt is going into my audio interface… the rest is history!
Thank you so much for listening, I hope you enjoyed and I look forward to seeing you on a dance floor soon 🪩🕺🏾

CRANK is 3 days away! Catch PDX’s beloved DJ Dissolve at peak time!
DJ Dissolve is a Portland based DJ and curator known for deep, percussive sets that move between techno, house, and soulful club sounds. Rooted in community and intention, his work centers connection on and off the dancefloor, blending high energy rhythm with emotional depth.
A resident at Process (@process.pdx ) and co founder of Soul House (@soulhouseportland ), DJ Dissolve has been building a reputation for thoughtful programming and immersive sets, sharing lineups with both local and international artists while helping shape Portland’s underground scene. His sound draws from Black electronic traditions, with a focus on groove, texture, and late night progression.

DJ Dissolve approaches his Process residency as a vehicle for deepening community connection and strengthening Portland’s ties to the global movements that have shaped electronic music. His work is rooted in community resilience, and a celebration of the critical role dance music can and has played in collective resistance.
In an era marked by the erosion of fundamental human rights, he sees this residency as an act of deliberate cultural resistance. More than a party, it functions as a bridge between Portland and the worldwide struggle against authoritarian power—linking local dancers and DJs to a broader lineage of resistance, imagination, and collective care.
For DJ Dissolve, the residency is an assertion that gathering is a right, that our joy can be wielded against oppressors, and that our power multiplies when we stand, resist, and dance together.
DJ DISSOLVE has invited three artists to join him for his first residency night of 2026.
JADALAREIGN (NYC), Mercedes, and Lu, who will be performing b2b with DJ DISSOLVE.
About JADALAREIGN:
To anyone who devotedly follows her, JADALAREIGN's meteoric rise in New York's underground scene comes to no surprise. The New York native's staunch effort to preserve the origins of Black American dance music has made her synonymous with the city's emergent house renaissance. Her expansive mixes are suffused in an indefinable funk, rifling through house history and techno—punchier sounds occasionally softened by hazy soul and sumptuous jazz. It's a dynamic and encyclopedic style that looks to the Northeast, the Midwest and the diaspora to pay tribute to the Black musicians, old and new, who crafted this culture from the ground up.
continued in comments:
Fuck Ice, Fuck Donald Trump and his entire regime and fuck all the fascist voters who brought them to power.
Remember that resistance comes in many forms, not everyone needs to be on the frontlines. In the end, it will take strategic and coordinated efforts from all facets of our society to prevail.
I hope that my message brings you a little hope and a clear reminder that what we’re experiencing is NOT NORMAL and as much as they seek to normalize it by continually pushing the envelope of what’s “acceptable” we must not allow it.
Silicon Radio returns to the amazing @process.pdx sound system with Atlanta house music master @byrontheaquarius for a night of deep, underground grooves, welcoming him for his Portland debut. Local support comes from @danoinmotion_ opening the night, with @7issolve closing things out after Byron. Deep from start to finish.
Byron The Aquarius is a force in electronic music, known for his live frequencies and serious keys prowess. He broke through in 2015 with his album Planets of Love (BBE) and quickly gained wider acclaim with the High Life EP on Theo Parrish’s Sound Signature label. Lately, Byron has been deep in the studio, dropping standout projects like The Global Caress EP (via Star Creature)—a hypnotic blend of unique melodies and body-moving rhythms. Expect hard-hitting underground house with a techno edge, carried by the spirit of soul, the skill of jazz, and the swing of hip-hop.

As we approach the end of our second full year of operating, we are excited to announce our first club residency program. This will be a new chapter in the club programming at Process. We have selected five artists who we feel have a deep musical and spiritual resonance with the club and the rich community that has formed around Process over the last few years. Each resident will be hosting three or four club nights over the course of the year, where they will take the creative reins for the night. The Process Residency Nights will be an opportunity for each artist to present their music either as an extended set, or to invite artist guests and friends who inspire them, and design the flow of the evening according to their own artistic vision.
Our first Residency Night of the year will be Friday, February 27 with Mia Koden. For this first installment, she will be playing an extended set from open to close.
Stay tuned for more about our residents, their history, creative vision, and what’s in store for the upcoming nights they’ll each be curating throughout the year.
For now, give a warm welcome to our 2026 Resident DJs:
@miakoden (London, UK)
@plaslaiko (Bellingham, WA)
@succubass (Seattle, WA)
@sprklbb (NYC)
@7issolve (Portland, OR)
