artemis’s bell. depending on how it’s used, the bell can hide hunters movements, or change the perception of the quarry so that their senses of balance and direction are affected.
additionally, the bell can create arrows of light or sound or shots made from the inlaid deer antlers, but this changes the phases of the moon.

the town’s folklore says it stood planted there after a sorceress defied the natural order and sent an arrow shooting into the skies and blanketing the world in darkness for three moons
