I made a small photo book showcasing my analogue photographs taken in Tokyo between 2023–2024.
No matter how deeply I feel hurt, or how much I wish to forget, even those moments and the landscapes that once took my breath away are, with time, quietly transformed into something equally beautiful and fleeting. Nostalgia. And probably it is these very memories that, in turn, make us a little more beautiful.

This is the first issue of @_38.2_ , a new and wonderfully creative #magazine edited by Nonika Wakishima aka @6opium . The underlying idea is that of being present in the moment and finding inspiration in everything around us. It’s beautiful and so original and I’m lucky enough to feature within its pages.
Nonika and her photographer, Alicia Herréro Rodriguez (@alicia.hra ) came to find me a couple of months ago and I had the best time showing them all my crazy stuff and talking at about twice my normal speed so I could tell them everything exploding in my head. They made me feel so alive! It was amazing. So, thank you Nonika and Alicia for that gift.

"How much inspiration exists all around us in every moment?"
Just launched an independent, craft-based cultural magazine titled 38.2, which features uncurated inspiration hidden in everyday moments that are often overlooked. Today, people can easily lose touch with the present moment, distracted by the constant flow of technology and preoccupied with thoughts of the past or future.
ISSUE 1 — “Are you being present?”
This first issue highlights the creative process of six UK-based, intergenerational, and multicultural artists, rooted in a daily treasure hunt through their inspiring interviews. Plus, three collaborative art & music projects show that there are still countless beautiful fragments in everyday life. Now is the time to take your eyes off your screen, look outside, and feel the moments!
