As we said in our introduction to this category, there’s a, let’s cut the B.S. and get to the good stuff, attitude that comes with a short video. And perhaps nobody does that better than @coltonfeldman . The video starts with Cooper doing a 5050 through an alley and it doesn’t let up until the end, and only then are we able to start processing what we’ve just seen. Congrats to the Atlas 2 crew, this one is in the history books.

There isn’t a single conversation about Footage of the Year where Savannah’s name doesn’t come up. Her clips in Atlas 2 were composed, confident, and pointed straight at big features with zero hesitation. Every shot felt intentional, with more than a few instant standouts. This season made it clear she belongs at the center of the conversation. Not to mention an unforgettable 50-50 that ended the cover of our Nov Issue 5.2.

Forest Bailey stacked an undeniable amount of heavy footage. Between standout clips in 686’s Atlas 2 and the depth of Good Apple, he reminded everyone why his name has carried weight for so long. The combination of creativity, commitment, and sheer volume made him an obvious contender & winner for Footage of the Year, proof that his approach is still pushing the whole thing forward.
