A frequent visitor to our club, Marie Montexier is a vinyl storyteller through and through and a standout of the current German scene. Her own label Paryìa champions genre-defying sounds and Marie’s highly eclectic sets don’t hold back on unpredictable twists either. > Don’t believe the hype, not even your own, < claims Velasco, who has honed his work ethic back in the 1990s and channels the spirit of his native New York House and Techno scene. Born into a family of Cuban descent in Miami, Erik Estronel grew up immersed in the vibrant musical landscape of his hometown. From IDM and Techno to the Breakbeat and Electro his older brother introduced him to, and even the 90s sounds of Cologne, Estronel channeled this rich tapestry of influences into multiple musical personas. These include Mariel Ito, Maetrik Live, and most famously, Maceo Plex. While Maceo Plex is widely known for his larger-than-life Techhouse sound and frequent appearances at the world’s biggest festivals, his story goes far deeper. At his core though, the intimacy of the club world remains close to his heart. He has invited discerning and once-rising figures like Avalon Emerson, Palms Trax and Pearson Sound to share the decks of his very own Mosaic party series in Ibiza, too. Last night I spontaneously stepped in at Schall im Schilf‘s @radio80000 stage. With almost no preparation possible, I just played my favorite peak time tracks from the last years. This, combined with being surrounded with so many dear friends, resulted in one of my fav gigs ever. Still feeling blessed! Thanks @patrick_voe & @kellerkindmuc for setting up this amazing festival once again ❤️‍🔥
