Night mode is officially switched off 🌙⏩☀️ Thank you everyone for an incredible second edition of 4Q4 on Friday at @kater.berlin . We danced, we waacked, we painted, we played, we conquered. And we couldn’t have done it without you all, our incredible crowd of queer cuties revolutionizing our scene 🫂🫶💜 So much hard work went into making this edition even better than last time, and we’d love to hear your thoughts. Descend into darkness safely, sweetly, and with lots and lots of pleasure ⚙️💖 Tomorrow we dive into Night Mode. Here’s everything you need to know about our vision, guidelines, awareness, and how to have the best 4Q4 possible: ————————— 4Q4 Error was born from a union of queer collectives creating community and confronting systems that marginalize us. Night Mode is about stepping into a different space, grounded in care, respect, and shared intention. 4Q4 is a queer party. Allies are welcome, but remember who this space is for. If you’re a guest, come with respect. No racism, discrimination, sexism, homophobia, or transphobia. If you bring harm into this space, you will be shown the door. Femmes to the front. Make space. Your body is part of a crowd. Let loose, dance, go wild, but make sure you don’t take up someone else’s space. No photos. Take a mental picture. We will have selectors to shape a crowd that aligns with our vision. That means making sure marginalized communities feel welcome and safe. A ticket does not guarantee entry. Respect their decisions. Kater is partially accessible, and support is available if you need it. Awareness staff will be present. We chose these five talents to help start the night off with a bang on Friday evening ✨ Drop by for a mix of fresh sounds to get your body moving Luxifera @luxifera__ Healer by day and sorceress by night, Luxifera (she/it) is a Berlin-based Italian transfem* artist who turns the dancefloor into a spell. On the decks, she is a house girl at heart. Conjuring sonic rituals of self-reclamation, trans-tasies, and witchy grooves, Luxifera is here to shake off the chains of your beauty sleep. 2bkunt @2bkunt A berlin based queer duo who gathers together their influences and style with arabic percussions, baile funk, uk garage, voguing, electro, dance, bouyon & pop in a global explosive sound only to make you shake your ass and rip your skin off, an ode to dance as if it was your last chance to do so. Vinesse @vi.nesse DJ and co founder of vamello and pop-up52. Her sets are energy driven, joyful and always an invitation to shake ass. She doesn’t limit herself to specific genres, she focuses on rhythmic, bouncy electronic club music with heavy baselines and influences from oriental, latin and afro soundscapes. AZDRA @azzzdra Having moved from Warsaw, AZDRA has evolved her sound within Berlin’s concrete walls, absorbing the raw, relentless energy of its dancefloors. Her style is a calculated collision of the groovy and the gritty, striking a balance between heavy, industrial textures and the rhythmic flow that keeps a room moving. Hotfriedricecracker @hotfriedricecracker A DJ from Hamburg who has made it her mission to create visibility and safer spaces for underrepresented communities through her collectives LOLA and A—ZN, while celebrating the diversity of electronic music. Her sets are playful, life-affirming, and empowering: she skillfully blends genres such as hard dance, trance, and ghetto tech into energetic, genre-fluid journeys that keep dancefloors moving. She is also the founder of @femalepressure_official , an international network of FLINTA+ DJs, producers, and artists in electronic music and digital arts. 🎛️ Her DJ-sets are characterized by range, clarity of vision, and a depth rooted in a profound understanding of music and the art of DJing. Bring your pen or just your body and get ready to get messy ✨🪩 For the first time, we’re welcoming Maxwell Rousso to 4Q4 for live painting 🎨 Maxwell Rousso is nine elves in a man costume living in Berlin since 2022. We all feel energies our human languages are incapable of describing. Maxwell creates work that attempts to bridge the gap between the material world and the fourth dimension.
