36 years old (January 8th) and 6 years old (January 9th) 💐
35/2025 was a wild year…I left a job that was ruining my health (mentally, physically, all of it) and then on my birthday Rosie and I evacuated to get away from the Eaton fires. (Thankfully our house is all good) There was lots of cool stuff though: I had collages shown at
@heavymannerslibrary for a
@gag.co group show, traveled to Costa Rica with my family, went to
@bobbakermarionettes puppet prom, got tied up (in a fun way) watched lots of movies, facilitated a collage workshop in New York for the International Photobooth Convention hosted by
@autophoto @photoette_ and
@photobooth_net , got to see
@wrong.alanna while in NY, had a 9 month late birthday party (cause of the fires it was moved way later) participated in a puppet workshop with
@freaknaturepuppets and created a performance in one day, made lots of new friends, started getting tattoo removal (it sucks so much hah but excited to be making progress) walked in a fashion show for
@trustincorporated , got to reunite with
@a.l.e.x.o.k.a.y in Portland after far too long, took lots of walks, went to KSPA, regularly did food distro with
@altadenacommunalkitchen , went to shows, made an amazing Halloween costume, got a very low stress part time job and got to spend the holidays with my family. That’s just some of it lol.
36/2026 feels like the year that I harvest the seeds that I have sown in previous years and reap the rewards of all the hard work and effort I have put in. Thanks for all the birthday wishes, me and Rosie love you all 💖
