No such thing as an weak hand for @colecournoyer_12
Want to know what separates good players from great players? It’s by having no weak hand. If the scouting report doesn’t know if you’re a lefty or righty, then you’re doing something right. Put in the work in the off-season and see it pay off in-season!

Couldn’t have been more free 😮💨
Two key takeaways that made this goal look so effortless. First takeaway is that the assist came from the player having their EYES UP! Scanning the field and looking for that open teammate ended up rewarding the whole team. The second takeaway is the goal scorer MOVING OFF BALL! He caught his defender sleeping, moved off ball, and had an easy step-down goal. Do the simple things and it’ll pay off for you and your squad 💪
Goodluck tracking that one 😵💫
With a wind up like that, and a shot release like that, you better believe a goalie will struggle to track this shot. Top shelf, opposite stick side, low and away, you name it. Nothing fancy, just straight fundamental shooting! Take notes everyone 📝

Feed, finish, repeat 🔁
Unselfish plays can be absolute game changers. A lot of players think they NEED to shoot the ball themselves when lined up for the 8 meter. But passing to a teammate forces the defense to rotate and can create a higher shot percentage! Maximize your teams scoring opportunities and make the high IQ play!

Having trouble defending the “stack” offense? Well grab some pen and paper, and thank Coach Callahan later 📝
Defending against the stack offense can be a pain for defensive units. So keep it simple and keep your sticks in the lanes! You should never have your sticks down while on the defensive end. Sticks in the lanes can cause more chaos than you think. You’re disrupting offensive player’s vision and, if you’re lucky, you can pick off a pass. Moral of the story is to KEEP YOUR STICKs UP!
