I had the privilege of being part of the open studio at @mural_nomad_hq last weekend. Sometimes you need to jump into the deep end even tho you can’t really swim. I have learnt a heap from this experience about the process the techniques and myself. Getting the chance to paint way bigger than I have before in a pretty chilled environment without the other pressures that could be experienced. There were ups and downs but I’m way better for it now. Biggest game changer for me so far I think. Thank you @mural_nomad and @rach_h_designs for putting up with me and my mess. it was a priceless experience. Onward and upward
Had a bit of fun doing this one for a #sleeptoken and #ii fan. Got a “ that’s fkn sick” when they saw it so that’s the desired result at the end of the day. Bring on the next one.

Here is a couple of canvases that I’ve done to start my year off. Pretty happy with them both but the Fluor girl one I’m pretty proud off. Even with the imperfections etc but I learnt so much during the process and it’s pushed me outside of my little box. They will be off to their new home soon.

Had this @mistery973 limited edition can turn up yesterday. It’s in mint condition and thank you @rcfdavid for keeping it sweet and packing it up nice n tight. I was smiling like a fat kid in baskin robins opening the box. Never thought I’d have a Mr E can for the collection.

Revisited the surf and sand wall today to make things a bit more in the theme of it all. I originally got to paint by default and thank you @maroochydore_writers_bench for the chance to do so. Works in better now with @_kbarduzit_ and @jfrom29 piece better. Fun times the last few days.

Had a good morning at a workshop with @oskr.2021 dabbling in the world of calligraphy squiggles and calligraffiti. Always learning and seeing other people creating is cool. Oskr has an infectious passion for this stuff and I walked out with a buzz. Thank you
