For the indie micro-budget short SOME TIME LATER, Executive Producer writer and actress
@itsnotemery approached Solana Productions to make her screenplay on a self-funded budget.
To achieve this every producer on this film wore other important hats.
@erinhour doubled as Production Designer,
@3rl3rl tripled up as casting director and Sound Designer/Mixer,
@connorthomasla doubled as Production Manager, and
@sheabutterpro was one of the earliest on the project and was our fearless director.
Independent film making isn't a science it's an art of collaboration and teamwork. We squeezed every bit of production value we could get onto the frame and we think it shows.
The numbers and stats of a film are only a part of the story, the work, effort, blood, sweat and tears to work as a collaborative team is the beating heart of passion projects like this.
Truthfully whoever produced this wouldn't have mattered if we didn't have the amazing crew that worked alongside us. While a few producers got us to set, this production was only possible through the dedication and talent of the crew.
