The 343 Fund was founded to honor the legacy of Casey Skudin, a true hero who never gave up. Inspired by his unconditional love and passion for helping others, we provide grants to first responders to access life-changing psychedelic-assisted therapies. These treatments help address PTSD, depression, trauma, and other mental health challenges that often go untreated.
We believe in healing the mind, body, and soul. Our holistic approach and partnerships with expert practitioners make long-term recovery possible for those who’ve sacrificed so much for us.

Oklahoma joins the movement.
Today the Oklahoma State Senate passed HB 3834, the Oklahoma Breakthrough Therapy Act, by a vote of 33–9. The bill cleared the State House 68–23. Both chambers have spoken. The bill now heads to the Governor’s desk.
Welcome to a growing coalition of states leading evidence-based reform.
HB 3834 builds the framework for Oklahoma to host FDA-approved ibogaine clinical trials with developer matching, in-state prioritization, broad post-approval patient access, and professional immunity for Oklahoma medical professionals.
It aligns directly with the federal Executive Order, which prioritizes federal-state partnership to execute one unified FDA ibogaine development trial nationwide. Federal action. Tribal endorsement. State legislature. Three lines of support converging.
The path to medicalization runs through the states. We celebrate every state that takes this step, and we welcome Oklahoma to the work.
