@josefina_ldr is the Editorial Director of 2LATE Magazine.
Born and raised in Lima, Peru and now based in NYC, Josefina is a journalist and creative exploring fashion as a language, where culture, identity, and emotion meet. She graduated from
@fitnyc with a Bachelor’s in Advertising and Marketing Communications and a minor in English.
Her love for writing began after she discovered the works of Eve Babitz and Haruki Murakami, whose voices and perspectives shaped how she saw storytelling: honest, personal, and sharp. Realizing how much of that was missing in modern journalism, she became interested in bringing a fresh and authentic point of view to the fashion media world, an experience she first had during her time as Managing Editor at
@blushmagfit
Beyond editorial work, Josefina finds quiet in film photography. She started young, capturing fragments of life with her grandfather’s Leica, and still approaches the medium with the same sense of curiosity. Her ongoing photo diary,
@fificonfilm , is a collection of moments that feel both fleeting and intimate.
Her portfolio spans fashion journalism, public relations, styling, and creative direction, including work for Purple PR, KALLMEYER NYC, and Le Père.
