A inizio 2027, poi, saremo a Bruxelles per una rassegna internazionale a @kanal.centrepompidou dove tutti i progetti verranno messi in scena.
Here we are with the second project currently in residency at Triennale Teatro:
A Sleepwalkerâs guide to the city. A vision of pedestrian-paced storytelling
A walkable history. The city as dreaming material.
The group propose to make an A/V guided city tour combining hypnotic music by @hessel_veldman with poetic storytelling by @thesetwentyoneletters crystallized in a video production by two artist-researchers from the @paveldo_institutas institute of heritage, @lum.yk and @za.mikas
The third 25 AV residency is now in full swing at Triennale Teatro.
The two selected groups are working on their projects, and this is the perfect opportunity to tell you about them.
âSfogio Neroâ is a 20-minute text-based performance by @hugomirvalette_ and @niccolomoronato using sound and images to stage experiental translation practice, centered on the Black Sole â a rare fish existing in Chioggiaâs waters and imagination. Via a spoken word centered performance, the flux is amplified with electronic music and solo to multichannel projections.
If youâre in Milan, youâre welcome this Sunday at 6pm inside the rehearsal spaces to witness the performance.

Documenting the research and collective experimentation for SLIPPER ORCHID by Lucia Nijdam, Margarita Maximova, and Artun Alaska Arasli. This work was developed in Athens at @onassis.stegi back in April and presented during Borderline Festival, alongside a vibrant lineup of international acts.
This session was the first of two planned immersions at Onassis Stegi; the residency cycle will return to Athens for another chapter in early 2027.
For now, the project moves to Milan. The third residency begins at Triennale Milano in just a few days!

âSlipper Orchidâ is the project by artist and musician Lucia Nijdam, artist Margarita Maximova and writer and artist Artun Alaska Arasli.

Historically, the flower has functioned as a vessel for layered and often concealed meaning, as most famously articulated in Victorian floriography, but it has also served as a literal container for illicit exchange. Due to their speed of circulation, high volume, and presumed innocence, flower shipments have long constituted logistical âsoft spotsâ in international trade networks.
We wish to explore this duality: the flower as a carrier of coded affect in the nineteenth century, and as a carrier of hidden substances in contemporary smuggling operations. In both cases, a veil of secrecy surrounds the flower, though in the present day that mystery has shifted from the realm of romance to that of global economies and bureaucratic systems.

Quanta Qualia (Belgium) and CLAM (Italy) are an international collective of multimedia artists whose practices span sound, dance, video, performance, light, scenography, and puppetry. Their collaboration, Mondo Assurdo, builds on an existing creative relationship rooted in friendship and collective trust.
During the 25AV residency, this project will function as a laboratory for co-creation where sound, movement, and image coexist. The residency will focus on making the mechanisms of creation visibleâshowing the strings, the shadows, and the process as part of the work itself. By merging shadowplay, video projection, and sound experiments, the collective will explore how a performance space can function as a living organism. The goal is to move beyond individual authorship, allowing shared artistic intelligence to generate a performative ecosystem that reacts to collective action in real time.
As we get closer and closer to the first 25AV residency, itâs time to start introducing you to the projects that will be featured at Vitamin in Brno!
Paulina Miu, a vocal artist rooted in the Polish-Lithuanian borderlands, and Lucie Cure, a French mezzo-soprano and composer, form a collaborative duo exploring the voice as an instrument of memory and connection. Their practice bridges distinct musical traditions to examine vocal transformation and the intersection of ancient polyphony with contemporary soundscapes.
During the 25AV residency, SUTARTI will approach the sutartinÄ â ancient Lithuanian polyphonic songs â as a living, evolving structure. The project takes its name from the Lithuanian word for âto agreeâ or âto come into harmony,â exploring communal rituals through cyclical and persistent vocal patterns. Two human voices and a third voice generated via live electronics will intertwine to create a hypnotic field of sound, alternately seeking and shattering harmony.
The 25AV residency season begins in Brno with our first host station, @infameradio !
Operating as a community broadcasting space, the platform is dedicated to amplifying alternative experiments across audio, spoken word, set design, and AV.In close collaboration with the @vitamin61500 Cultural Centre, Infame Radio acts as a megaphone for the uniquely engaged creative community of this city, providing a space where unconventional sounds and visual narratives can converge.
The residency will take place from March 17th to March 27th. Throughout this window, we will also be hosting a series of collateral events designed to expand the residencyâs reach beyond the airwaves.

This new edition of 25AV is about to really get underway!
Throughout 2026 and early 2027 the eleven selected projects will enliven five residencies in the hosting venues of Brno, Athens, Milan, Brussels, and Munich.
Before delving into the discovery of all the projects and immersing ourselves in the atmosphere of the first residency in Brno, here is a summary of where - and when - the various projects will take center stage.
The evaluation sessions are coming to an end. We have spent the last few weeks diving deep into your portfolios and proposals. To say we were impressed would be an understatement.

The quality of the submissions made the selection process incredibly challenging. We found bold visions, unique sounds, and powerful stories from every corner of the network.

Next Step: we will be announcing the selected artists for the 25AV Residency Programme 2026â27 before the Christmas break.
