flipping through @vision.undressed ༊·˚
last year my friend @ananosh__ came to me with an idea: she wanted to create a magazine shedding light on tbilisi’s often overlooked fashion scene and needed my help with its art direction and design. the theme and anano (<3) being so close to my heart, i possibly could not refuse.
however, being a self-taught designer and having never worked on a print publication before, getting involved with this project meant taking a huge leap out of my comfort zone. the process was a big challenge, exacerbated by the fact that indesign had always been my least favorite adobe app (that’s in the past now ;)!). that said, the months-long work turned out to be one of the most fulfilling projects i ever undertook, making me realize how much i enjoy creative problem solving and initiating my newfound passion for print design.
being a perfectionist means rarely being satisfied with my work, but vision undressed issue 1 is something i’m extremely proud of. you can find sneak peeks of my favorite pages above or go find it irl @athenaeumboekhandel in amsterdam, @cahiercentral in paris, @idea.ltd in london and in a couple of spots around tbilisi.
thank you for the trust @ananosh__ <3
