We’re excited to host a FREE Artist Career Masterclass with
@izzybeephillips , lead singer and guitarist of
@blackhoneyuk . ✨ This workshop is funded by
@aceagrams
With their sophomore album Written and Directed, Black Honey made a major leap in their career, reaching No. 7 on the UK Official Albums Chart and No. 1 on the UK Independent Artists Chart. Their follow-up album, A Fistful of Peaches, charted even higher, reaching No. 6 on the UK Official Albums Chart. They’ve toured extensively, selling out headline shows and supporting artists such as Liam Gallagher, The Libertines, and IDLES.
This masterclass is designed for neurodivergent artists aged 18-30, offering practical insight into building a sustainable career as an independent musician. Izzy will share her journey: from the early years of developing Black Honey, to navigating success, teamwork within the band, and how they approached finding a team including management and a booking agent. She’ll reflect on what artists should consider when taking those next professional steps.
Izzy is also open about being dyslexic, and having autism and ADHD. As part of the session, there will be space to talk about how neurodivergence intersects with creative careers, with room for group discussion and plenty of time for questions.
