For the launch of the new @jeanpaulgaultier perfume Le Beau and La Belle Paradise Garden, I was asked to design a pastry related to its moodboard, a dark but sensual flowered tropical forest. Intended to be gifted in complement to the new perfume to PR and influencers, a pastry box was especially designed for delivery. Among 3 different proposals, the Celosia Tart was chosen, following the pattern of this variety of flower and the colors of the collection. The Celosia Tart is a declination of the lemon meringue pie, the tart base is a charcoal sugared dough, topped by a raspberry and yuzu curd, and an Italian meringue naturally colored with blue spirulina. Crunchy black sesame and pandan tang yuan for a @we.are.ona private dinner series. Meeting my friend @facundo.castellani was the true highlight of this event, we enjoy ourselves eating at «routier» restaurants, doing grocery shopping at the Honfleur market, and having a good time with @uchronia_world in Trouville. So thankful for doing this job for these moments.
