This time, we’re joined by Mee-jin and Boris from @1004.bakery , debuting their soft launch with special sweet treats — think cannelés and Korean yakgwa cookies 🥮✨ 🩵Friday, Nov 7 | 6–10PM | at Cheeky🩵 Come hang, sip, and enjoy a slow autumn evening with us! Korean natural rice wine (Makgeoli) by @dalnaru will be available on site too🍶

This marks the fourth year of releasing a bedspace calendar, and I decided it was time to step things up a bit! First, I’m bringing back the A2 𝖗𝖎𝖘𝖔 𝖔𝖛𝖊𝖗𝖛𝖎𝖊𝖜 𝖈𝖆𝖑𝖊𝖓𝖉𝖆𝖗 alongside the 𝖎𝖑𝖑𝖚𝖘𝖙𝖗𝖆𝖙𝖊𝖉 𝖈𝖆𝖑𝖊𝖓𝖉𝖆𝖗. Second, I’ve teamed up with @stickerapp to include a 𝖘𝖙𝖎𝖈𝖐𝖊𝖗 𝖘𝖍𝖊𝖊𝖙 in every calendar. Third, I will be hosting a 𝖑𝖆𝖚𝖓𝖈𝖍 𝖊𝖛𝖊𝖓𝖙 at @theboysclubberlin on November 6th! We will have: 🍺 Beer by @assila.beer 🧁 Matcha cupcakes by @1004.bakery 🌀 Stickers by @stickerapp 🌸 Flowers by @reza_blumen 🎶 A vinyl set by Bouzo so come by and bring your friends, I am so excited to show you what I’ve been working on!

Founded by Korean-American Mee-Jin and Boris, a boy from the French country side, 1004 Bakery is an LDR bakery born from a dream in a small Brooklyn bedroom. The two met at skatepark in Berlin, communicating at first through phone translators, and slowly invited each other into their worlds, kitchens, and languages. 1004 Bakery (@1004.bakery ) blends a love of baking with a celebration of cultural exploration. Though still navigating a long-distance relationship for at least another year, Mee-Jin and Boris perfect their recipes from afar—and together, when they can be in the same kitchen. - 🌝 Save your date 4.10.2025🌝 한가위 Hangawee/추석 Chuseok, the Korean Thanksgiving, is a time to give thanks for the year’s harvest and wish for abundance and well-being. While it once centred on crops and farming, our modern lives invite us to celebrate in a different way: by sharing the harvests of our creativity. These creations may take many forms, such as visual art, design, music, food, products or services. The Hangawi Festival is a space where all these creations come together.
