My lifelong love of buckwheat just grew tenfold in sharing it with a passionate group of farmers, millers, scientists, bakers, eaters, nutritionists, and all-around plant lovers. #buckwheatfest2025 @wsu_bread_lab was a reminder that it takes a whole community to bring good food into the world.
