This winter register for the class @ming.xuan.wei and I are running @harvardgsd titled Recipes. We share a deep interest in material intelligence and are hoping to explore that with people in the class.

Core iii project which theorizes using stone and waste aggregates to inform structure and enclosure using the principles of the angle of repose.
This idea being inspired by the history of infill and train foundations on site in East Boston to resist rising water, uses a conveyor belt typically used for industrial means, to build and replenish its shape.
Excited to have found this method of form finding and building.
