// I’m finally ready to show y’all my latest creation & the result of many meditative meanderings. As many of you might’ve noticed, I’ve been working on this for a while now, over many moons and lovely reclusive nights 🌚✨ I’m almost sad that it’s over / been completed, coz this literally became a therapeutic piece for me to work on. I started off with that sassy eye 👁 and from there it just became an evolutionary journey of intertwined elements coming together (which I’m still making sense of tbh). I would almost subconsciously draw something and watch it come alive as I drowned myself in the process of meticulous shading over hours ~ almost like manual daydreaming. As I stack this one away, I’m bursting with excitement to start my next meditative musing in charcoal & ink (a medium I’m innately drawn towards and growing to love more than ever before) 🐾 on a panel possibly larger & taller than this one! {swipe for details & sultry sad face} #godsandgeishas

Reveal | Garden of Encounters by SUSO33, Tarini Sethi & Ishaan Bharat | Lodhi Art Festival 2026 Garden of Encounters, created as an ode to India–Spain Dual Year 2026, treats the wall as a site where practices meet without collapsing into one another. SUSO33’s (@suso33 ) figures register the speed and repetition of urban life, bodies stripped of identity yet shaping space through movement. In response, Ishaan Bharat (@0sheen ) introduces speculative forms drawn from Indian craft traditions, extending them into futures where the body is fluid, altered, and continuously becoming. Tarini Sethi’s (@tarinisethi ) intervention threads through this exchange, drawing from modernist vocabularies that have long moved between Europe and India. Her figures hold both familiarity and distortion, suggesting how visual languages persist and transform across contexts. The mural does not attempt synthesis. Instead, it holds tension, allowing multiple visual systems to exist simultaneously, shaped by the architecture it inhabits and the histories it carries. Garden of Encounters unfolds as a meeting ground between practices shaped across India and Spain. Created during the Lodhi Art Festival as an ode to India–Spain Dual Year 2026, the mural brings together SUSO33’s(@suso33 ) kinetic, faceless bodies, Tarini Sethi’s (@tarinisethi ) modernist figuration, and Ishaan Bharat’s (@0sheen ) speculative, craft-inflected forms. Each enters with a distinct visual language, but the wall doesn’t resolve them into one. Bodies repeat, mutate, and overlap. Ornament becomes structure. Histories move across geographies without settling. What emerges is not a singular image, but a space of encounter. // @fishmoonfetus Post-human Prosthesis Reimagining the existing helmet - an object traditionally associated with safety and protection - as an artefact from a speculative future. Composed of archival materials collected over the years - animal bones, wood and human hair - the piece holds traces of multiple lives, landscapes, and temporalities. Each fragment is both remnant and memory, attached onto the industrial form to create a living archive of fragility and endurance. The work extends my ongoing explorations of gender identity, drag, architecture, and the lives of resisting creatures surviving an uncertain future. The inclusion of the ponytail queers the object further, blurring human and non-human, masculine and feminine, material and body. Positioned between relic and prophecy, the helmet gestures towards a post-apocalyptic landscape where identities and species dissolve into one another. It asks what protection might mean in an age of ecological and existential uncertainty, and what forms of memory and care we choose to carry into the futures we both fear and forge. The sculptural work gestures towards mutation, hybridity, and the collapse of boundaries between human / animal / machine / other. WIP | Garden of Encounters by SUSO33 × Tarini Sethi × Ishaan Bharat | Lodhi Art Festival 2026 Garden of Encounters brought together three distinct artistic positions in a shared public space. Spanish artist SUSO33 (@suso33 ), with over four decades of street practice, entered into dialogue with Indian artists Tarini Sethi (@tarinisethi ) and Ishaan Bharat (@0sheen ), each responding to the site and to one another in real time. The mural reflected on the street as a place of encounter. Different ways of seeing, making, and carrying cultural memory met across the façade. The work drew from Indo-Spanish visual languages and adapted closely to the dome and arch of its Lodhi setting, allowing architecture and image to shape each other. The way we live, love and work has changed tremendously since the lines between home and office have blurred. While some couples prefer to keep separate electricity meters in their rented workspaces, others have a non-negotiable rule: go home at the end of the night. Then there are those like interior architect Ishaan Bharat (@0sheen ) and communications consultant @abhishekdesai333 who work out of different floors of a duplex and maintain separate leases. Initially, they were looking to live together and Bharat was keen on a separate workplace. But when they saw the Saket duplex where Bharat now lives and works out of, he changed his mind. “Abhi is mostly here, but we have the option of keeping things separate. For example, I bought him a large TV for his birthday but it didn’t feel like it fits here so we decided to keep it in his apartment, which is where we do movie nights now, and this duplex is where we work. Landlords can be tricky to manage when you are queer. But my current landlord is queer-friendly and our friends feel comfortable with him too. This space has allowed us to be open about our relationship,” he says. For Bharat, his apartment is almost a metaphor for identity. “It became a little too formal after my junior designer started working from here. So, I am letting go of that way of working and embracing fluidity again. The people that I’ve hired mostly work remotely. We are trying to be fluid, whether it’s to do with the spaces we share, our gender or our queer identity,” he says. Read the full feature at the link in bio. Participating Artist | Ishaan Bharat (Osheen) | Lodhi Art Festival 2026 Ishaan Bharat, also known as Osheen (@0sheen ), is a New Delhi–based multidisciplinary artist whose practice moves across visual art, drag performance, aerial movement, and spatial design. Rooted in queerness and experimentation, their work explores themes of mutation, identity, and liberation, often imagining futures where bodies and selves remain fluid and unbound. Working between fantasy, performance, and design, Ishaan creates speculative characters and environments that blur distinctions between human and post-human, tradition and futurism. At the Lodhi Art Festival, they collaborate with Suso33 and Tarini Sethi on a mural that brings these ideas into the street, translating performance-led thinking and embodied experience into a shared public surface.
