Xeno Futurism and Gossamer Fog invite you to In/Human Infrastructures: a three-day symposium, exhibition, and screening programme hosted at Alt_R in Deptford, London. Unfolding across the bank holiday weekend, the symposium will feature a free exhibition and film screenings during the day, followed by an evening programme of lectures, performances, and workshops. Moving beyond academic posturing and hype-cycle sloptimism, the symposium aims to establish a communal contact zone where artists, theorists, and technologists can transfer the tactical skills and operational knowledge needed to navigate an era of accelerating technological capture and uncertain autonomy. Friday 22, Saturday 23 & Sunday 24 May 2026 Alt_R, Enclave 1-2, 50 Resolution Way Deptford, London, SE8 4AL 0rphan Drift videos in the daytime screening program, and presenting OctopusAI work on Sunday 24th of May, the Counter Protocols session. @gossamerfog @xeno_futurism @maggie_mer @bettimarenko @ranumukherjee

Screening: Fictioning and the Posthuman Imaginary Curated by Katherine Waugh 29th May, 6 - 8.30pm Screening followed by a discussion with the artists and the curator. Pallas Projects presents a screening programme bringing together works by seminal UK artists David Burrows and Maggie Roberts. Curated by Katherine Waugh, the programme explores practices operating within the field of “fictioning” - where speculative narrative, philosophy and moving image intersect to reframe questions of intelligence, subjectivity and non-human agency. Developed in response to Mark Cullen’s Prototypes for Cyborgs – A Space Opera (Regional Cultural Centre, Letterkenny, 2025), the programme includes selections from recent film works originating in that exhibition, alongside invited contributions. The evening opens with screenings from all three practices, followed by a discussion between the artists and curator. List of works being shown: Black Hole Ontology (2025) Miasma (2018) If AI Were Cephalopod (2019) Green Skeen (2016) Stargate Sheila (2025) Towards Super-Connection (2024) The Nowhere Belly (2025) Portrait of an Artist as a Transhumanist (2024) 29 May 6 - 8.30pm (followed by refreshments) Screening followed by a discussion with the artists and curator. Emily Nola’s thesis exhibition and publication ‘Assume Form’ is up at Bard , Hessel Museum of Art through May 24. Great to see this period we were so immersed in looked at for its feminist underpinnings and with more complexity and multiplicity than has been given. @emilynola @ccsbard

Repost from @emilynola • Excited to share my thesis exhibition opens on Saturday April 4th at the Hessel Museum of Art, Bard College! “Assume Form” reimagines what exactly alchemized within the Cybernetic Culture Research Unit (CCRU), a para-academic collective convened in 1995. Through a highly interdisciplinary practice they attempted to expand the limits of theoretical production, reckoning with new technologies and their distinct historical moment. Via the artworks, music, magazines, and essays produced by the CCRU and its collaborators, the exhibition creates an imagined space in which the ongoing resonances of this highly influential group begin assuming form. Grateful to the many interlocutors I’ve had on this project, especially the artists, the staff and faculty of CCS Bard, and my incredible cohort who’s exhibitions will also be on view as part of “Everything That Happens Will Happen Today.” Would be thrilled to se you there! Limited seating available on a roundtrip bus from NYC for the opening April 4th. DM me or check the CCS website for details. Can’t wait to share this exhibition with you 🤍
