CLIENT RESULTS Improved posture, improved lower back pain,increased bone density, improved scapular winging,improved neck pain
@fp_sydney I had low back pain, sciatica and a bulging disc 35 years ago after having my children. As a physio, I also had a sore neck from leaning over patients, I knew I was weak and needed to strengthen my core, back, neck, and shoulders. I did 15 years of gym and 3 years of yoga, which made my pain worse, especially my neck.
Since starting FP, in December 2022, I feel and look so much stronger, I’m able to do heavy lifting without fear of injury, I can generate force and stability though my body and my posture is much better. My bone density has improved over the last 2 years. My low back pain from 5/10 to 0/10, neck pain 8/10 to 4/10, ITB pain 7/10 to 2/10, right scapula winging gone, thoracic/rib pain 5/10 to 0/10. In 2024 I hiked the Inca Trail without pain and plan many more active trips now that I am 65 and retired. Consistently training weekly has been the key and will continue to take me forward towards a long health span so that I can achieve all of my life and travel dreams.
