I’m not just a pretty face, I’m a talented artist who pours her heart and soul into every performance. And yes, I watch my own work on TV instead of mindlessly scrolling on my phone. It’s a reminder that I’m not just a hobby, I’m a professional. But it’s not all glitz and glamour. The stress of dealing with racism at jobs (among other places) in Minnesota while trying to make it big in Hollywood/Manhattan has taken a toll on my weight loss journey. From trying to make it big in a competitive industry to dealing with the stress of trying to lose weight, it’s not always easy. It’s a constant battle, but I won’t give up. I’m determined to make my dreams a reality.
