Folks may notice that almost non of these BTS photos are in focus. All I can say is … that’s NOT THE CASE in the wonderful capture of The Nutcracker at Indiana University, which is now live on PBS stations nationwide.
It was such an honor to direct and DP this project alongside my co-directors
@kevinnewbury and
@operaprince . It was a gift to get to capture something so joyful and beautiful alongside such dear friends. And the team from
@wtiuofficial — IU’s PBS station — made the entire process seamless, easy, and flawlessly executed from start to finish. Their efforts really made this production one my of all-time favorites.
I’m going to share more about it now that we are in prime Nutcracker season!! Expect some content that shows off the incredible steadicam work of
