Another member of So Close, Away for Stockholm Fringe Festival 2025 is @zunitrosborg ✨️ From Aarhus with Ghanian/Danish roots, Zuni is a talented HipHop and House dancer very active in the danish and international dance community as well as in the battle scene. He worked for many years as a model and dancer for brands, and now emerging as a performer for theatres. He's passionate about fashion and owns an up-cycling brand called Zuni Monney, and he's studying to become an actor too. Bringing the flavour on stage, we are so happy to have him on our team!

Intensive Voice Seminar It can only be experinced so words can't fulfill the understanding but here are a few after almost not having internet. This 6-day workshop was the most emotional and transformative experience I’ve had in my life so far. I am deeply grateful for it. I’ve been through different things in life and had beautiful moments, but I have never experienced six consecutive days filled with so much respect, love/caring and non-judgmental energy in a room — from day one. It was unfamiliar and powerful to feel this way with over 20 people. Every single one of them inspired me daily with their voice, awareness and their personal development throughout the week. Speciel group of people! There was a sensitivity and vulnerability in the space that made me feel like I might only now truly understand what a safe space is — even though we talk about it the places I am a part of. I like the Roy Hart center Phrase " The body becoming a dynamic source of sounds and movement. Thank you to my mom, my self, the other participants for sure and of course the teachers: Walli, Saul, and Ulrik. Big love back to you all and it feels like I got a new home feeling in @centreroyhart in Malérargues.

After a break from the Attitudes tour, we are proud to announce that So Close, Away will perform again at @stoffholm on August 30th at @teater3 ! So Close, Away is a dance performance that reflects on the presence and absence of loved ones and how these experiences are expressed through the body. At its core, the piece explores grief, not only as the loss of someone but as a complex emotional state shaped by memory, distance, and the quiet evolution of relationships over time. Through flashbacks and shifting memories, the connection of three childhood friends unfolds in fragments, revealing how intimacy can stretch, fade, or transform and yet still leave deep meaning long after time has passed. Drawing from Hiphop dance vocabulary, the piece mixes defined group dynamics and improvisation, leaving room for emotional truth and unpredictability. Short Notice: Hiphop workshop with COMICS. Little bit about the one and only; Claúdio aka Comics, started his dance journey in 2007 inspired by music videos and movies on tv. Started battling in 2011 back in Lisbon, while performing on schools, stages and festivals with his first crew. He has achievements like: Juste Debout Nordic 2019, Kulture of Hype and Hope 2020, Soul Cypher Part.12 and the list goes on. He also participated at Summer Dance Forever 2019,2022 and 2024 reaching top12. Comics still focuses on performing on stage, battling and traveling to share his experience on the Hip-Hop Culture.
