Living life fully will break your heart. There's no sugar coating that. No safe way to be full and free in your existence. All the hurtful things are inevitable -- disappointment, rejection, grief, etc. They're all coming for you whether you like it or not.
So live. Welcome them with whatever is left of your heart. Be reckless, durable, resilient, powerful. Be so full of yourself that life's heartbreaks are more of an inconvenience than they are a force that stops your momentum.

Sometimes we invalidate ourselves simply because we assume others will. Not because we actually don't think/believe/feel the remarkability of ourselves, but because we're trying to protect ourselves when others' don't feel the same.

The more I love myself, the more I have capacity to accept when other's don't.
That capacity is love after all. it's acceptence of me, of them, of the incompatibility, the situation we've found ourselves in. Love is the capacity for acceptence.
