I had a wonderful time yesterday at the Rose of Nevada opening night preview, at BFI London. I’ve been itching to watch the film for months so to do it surrounded by fellow crew mates was a joy. I’m so proud of our work and so greatful for Hannah, Rachel & Denzil for bringing me on board back in July 2024. The love surrounding this film has been a joy.

Reworking a silicone portrait that I created more than two years ago. I’ve had the intention of going back to it for a while now, but it had been on my shelf all that time. I’ve learnt a lot more about painting and hair insertion since then. I’ve given the paint job a lot of TLC and redone the hair insertion. It’s still far from perfect but has been an enjoyable reflective challenge. The last slide shows the head before.

Goodbye 2025, hello 2026! A crazy year of hard work and meeting so many new people. So greatful for the opportunities I’ve had and the friends I’ve made.
In November I did @crypt_studios 5 day painting course. This silicone head has been a nice project to finish and hair punch over the Christmas period.

I had an absolute blast last week on @crypt_studios silicone and latex painting course. Here’s what I did!
Alex is a great teacher. I learnt a lot and I would recommend this course to everyone wanting to enhance their technical skill. While I still need to work more on the silicone face, I am thrilled with what I achieved and had the best time with such lovely people 🙌🏼
The start of last year I had a lovely time at Millennium FX, seaming and painting their Liz Lizidine character for Doctor Who. Such a fun makeup and an amazing team 🫶🏼 thank you for the opportunity.

I had the most fun working on Fred & Pete; a kids CBeebies series featuring the hilarious Fred & Pete as they go on their art adventures @fredandpeteofficial
For this episode Fred and Pete turn into Alien Cowboys - the make-ups needed to be playful and bright and something that kids and parents could possibly recreate at home with their face paints!! I had so much fun creating these looks for the guys.
