MEET YOUR TEACHER, ZOË 🧡✨
Hi everyone, I’m Zoë & I wanted to say a big hello to you all and tell you a little bit about myself and why I began running yoga retreats at home & afar.
🧘🏽♀️ I first discovered yoga when I was living and working in Cape Town in my early 20s and began practicing with some of my favourite teachers who inspired me to follow this path. I’ve since completed 500+ hours of training in the styles of Vinyasa, Mandala, Rocket, Yin, Pre + Post Natal in the UK, Greece & India.
🇨🇾 I’m Greek Cypriot British & have recently moved my life over to Athens, something I’ve wanted to do for years now. The culture, language, traditions & lifestyle has always made me feel so at home I knew I one day needed to fully return to my roots and I’m so glad I took the leap. I love to share these parts of our culture with you on the Greek retreats.
🏃🏽♀️ I was a competitive track runner growing up which was fun but I struggled a lot with the pressure that came with it. It was in yoga I found so much healing & perspective when it came to relationship with movement & I love to give permission to others who practice with me to do the same.
📚 I studied English Literature at University. I’ve always loved arts + stories and weaving narratives, philosophy & crafts into classes and retreat experiences. This feels like a form of yoga in itself to me and why I love to create a space for you to tap into + indulge in your own creativity on the retreats.
📸 I started modelling + commercial acting in my early 20s and have been a part of super exciting projects & campaigns for brands all over the world such as Lulu Lemon, Asics, Nike & Oysho which I feel incredible grateful for - these really were dreams come true.

SRI LANKA RETREAT 🇱🇰

Need I say more?! I cannot wait to bring our retreat community a little further afield next year; starting with the gorgeous south coast surf paradise Ahangama, Sri Lanka. A place I’ve retreated myself and can’t wait to return to (pls don’t judge my surf skills though).
Our retreat home is nestled deep into the paddies, where nature holds so much space to integrate practices of movement, breath & rest. There’s a lot on offer including: twice daily yoga, spotlight pilates classes dabbled through the week, group surf, ayurvedic treatments, workshops and anything else you want to add to the experience to make it truly yours. We cater to all - solo travellers, couples, groups of friends and always become a little family by the end of it.
