On Leading with Kindness 💡
Not going to lie… 2025 came with an avalanche of new challenges for me as the COO of @5.14agency . The optimism of a fresh start quickly gave way to the realities of just how volatile entrepreneurship can be.
In the midst of all the chaos and unexpected plot twists, this message from Chi was a glimmer of hope. It may seem small, but to me, it was a huge win. It was proof that I just might be doing something right.
Here’s to celebrating the wins, big and small. 🥂
This year has had me finding ways to wear my natural hair because in all honesty I’ve gotten so tired of hair in general. Wigs, braids, everything, it’s hot, and it’s tiring and I’m too tender headed.
