Bucks Counties Strongest. 1st place masters.
The whole goal today was to lock up a bid for 2027 USS nationals, have a good time with great people, and not get hurt or derail my training for Regionals next month. All goals met.
Wagon Wheel Deadlift. 1st place 700 on the second attempt. Didn’t take my third pull. Sometimes I have to put my ego aside and just play the game wisely.
Trump Axle Clean Press- 2nd place( go Paul). Hit 255 for 1 and 225 for 2
Yoke Walk 650 for 100ft. 1st place 24 secs
Sandbags medley 250 and 225 for 80ft. 2nd place (go Larry) 38 secs.
Stone Over Bar 235 for 8 reps and tie for 1st (go Paul) this event is going to live in my head. I didn’t warm up and struggled to grip the stone the first few reps then it clicked in. On top of that I had beaten Larry’s reps, and on the previous event watched Paul almost pass out and not finish it so I don’t go for the hail merry 9th rep. Then all sudden for the stones Paul recovered ties me and in my opinion beat the clock with a 9th rep.
Overall a very fun show. Super proud of @thegymandcrossfitalcides crew. We sent 5 athletes and came home with 5 podiums including 3 first place. And as always our people represented and brought the good vibes. Also hopefully we’ve recruited @jeep_girl1005 who came out of nowhere into this competition and put on the most fun part of the show to watch.
Shout out to my coach @strongest_tattooer and @the_stronger_together team for keeping me ready to jump into whatever show while also keeping me on track for my larger goals.

Iron Goliath 9. 1st place Masters Men.
My 3rd Iron Goliath and by far the most fun. Great athletes, camaraderie and smoothly run show made it a blast. I was joined by two other athletes from @thegymandcrossfitalcides and we were all able to podium.
Circus Dumbbell. 105 for reps in minute. Scored 13 and took 1st place. My bum shoulder wasn’t happy with me but it held together.
Max Kubicki Trap Bar. Hit 695, 785, 825 for the win. But hands down gotta show love and respect to @david_pop_johns_ for hitting 785 no straps, no suit, no briefs like a boss.
Yoke to Farmers. 550 and 240 a hand. 21.1 seconds for 2nd place.
Fingal Finger. 400 pounds max reps in a minute scored 5 for the win.
Stone load. 195 x2 ,235 x2 and 260 for time. 43.7 seconds for 2 place.

Arnold’s weekend has come and gone. It was an amazing and insane weekend. I didn’t get to hang out with everyone I wanted to or even spend enough time with the people I did see but it is what it is. I went to support Kelly @trextryingstrongman competing in the Arnold’s Masters world championship and couldn’t be more proud of her and honored to be on her team. I also got to spend some quality time with the Columbus OG @joeyknucklestattoo and his amazing wife @toriknuckles thank you guys so much for the hospitality. And of course best part of any road trip is getting to do it with my Road Gator @baby_gorilla_supreme
Jam packed weekend of awesome recap
@delawares_baddest Strongman Comp Saturday morning. 1st place master men’s heavyweight. Also took the DE state records for Axle Press and Axle Deadlift.
Event 1 axle press. Hit 265 on my second attempt. Enough to take the record. I decided to not yolo for a heavy one due to my on going shoulder issue and to save gas for the Deadlift
Event 2 Axle Deadlift. Hit 605-655-700. 700 is a new PR on axle for me and the new State record. Feels awesome to hit PRs in my 40s
Event 3. 300 Sandbag Huss Carry to Finger flip . 18.72 sec. Second fastest overall men’s time. Not mad at that.
Event 4- sandbag over yoke 300 pounds. 3 reps. No video
Event 5. Hoist. 1 hard fought rep. Rope was stuck in the rig multiple times. Very annoying but I like a challenge
Great show overall. @thegymandcrossfitalcides crew as always showed up and showed out. Very proud of all of our athletes.
Saturday night I hit the City with the SEPA boys for bare knuckle boxing. Thanks @235tillidie for setting it up.
Sunday Morning we were up early to travel to meet some rescue German Shepherds and ended up bringing home our new boy Odin. Freyja is stoked to have a new brother and he’s already fitting in great at the house.
I needed this weekend so much. Thank you to everyone that made it great. @baby_gorilla_supreme
