@funemceerob taught a custom class for @ziemastic and I on Thursday night, and I unlocked a new standing skill set! [Bird-> Side Star -> Crock] This was a HUGE accomplishment for me as I rarely get a chance to practice standing skills -- and we almost gave up after many tries at the beginning of class. Right at the very end we decided to give it another go, and bam 💥. My celebration dance at the end says it all! What's next???

When I was at @tourducraigfest I had the opportunity to work on the progression with numerous amazing acrobats for this skill #cartwheeltohandtohand I struggle with this skill and could only do it with one or two specific bases. Tonight at the @stpeteacroyoga jam held @kinectionarts , I had the opportunity to share the progression with @ziemastic As you can see it worked for us to get the skills entering from right side and left side !!!
