Spring Up Fest blossoms May 3 at 10 AM! 🌸
Celebrate the season with Aville Grows, Andersonville’s vibrant community garden. This family-friendly event will feature music, crafts, and snow cones—plus plenty of ways to enjoy a beautiful spring day outdoors.
Guests can look forward to delicious food for purchase, a free gardening workshop, a guided garden tour, and a raffle for one of our highly sought-after garden beds (link in bio!)
All proceeds support the continued growth of the garden, including new fencing for both lots, additional beds for future gardeners, and a large community table for our planned gathering space. We’re growing something big—for everyone.
🎶 Music & Performances
Enjoy a lively lineup featuring local children’s music favorite
@lauradohertymusic (who will also lead an all-ages Pollinator Parade),
@tanveersinghsapra (Classical Indian), Adam LeBlanc (
@16candlesband Band),
@jenniferfemme_ , and
@zeshan after his triumphant return to Chicago.
We’ll close the event with a joyful Punjabi folk performance led by Rajat (Raj) from
@gharanaco GharanaCo, featuring vibrant rhythms, a traditional dhol drum, and an open invitation to dance and celebrate the abundance of spring.
There are so many ways to get your hands dirty, soak up the sunshine, and support a great cause. More details to come, so stay tuned!
