Five days in the bush, away from phones and pressure, gave 40 young people - including Chelsea - space to slow down, challenge themselves and talk openly about mental health at Camp Hero in Dwellingup.
āWhat I took from those few days will stick with me well beyond the camp - I learned how to look after myself and support others, and itās made me feel really empowered,ā Chelsea said.
Through handsāon challenges, time in nature and real conversations, Camp Hero helps young people build confidence, leadership and practical skills to support themselves and others.
Thatās why partnerships like this matter. Weāre proud to support @zero2heroau to help remove barriers so more young people can access lifeāchanging experiences like Camp Hero.

Really proud to share that this year, Iām an ambassador for @zero2heroau , a WA charity doing incredible work in youth mental health. Ā
Racing teaches you a lot about pressure, nerves and managing expectations. Not all of it is easy to talk about. On the track, Iām racing for results. Off it, Iām #DrivingTheConversation about mental health.

Our May cape2cape Trek is officially underway! š„¾š£
This morning, an incredible group of WA leaders laced up their boots to take on the 135km cape2cape - a 5 day journey that will see them tackle sand, stairs and rugged trails.
Together, theyāre not just trekking - theyāre walking with purpose, raising awareness and vital funds for youth mental health. So far, theyāve raised over $400k, with every step helping us reach more young people across WA.
Cheer them on as they make an impact one sandy step at a time šš¼
š§ Letās Talk Resilience š§
This morning, our Year 7 students took part in an engaging presentation and activities from @zero2heroau with a focus on the topic 'Letās Talk Resilience'.
Through real life examples, practical strategies and relatable stories, students were encouraged to better understand their emotions, develop positive coping skills and recognise the importance of asking for help when challenges arise. The session highlighted that resilience is not about avoiding difficulties, but about learning how to respond with confidence, persistence and self belief.
The presentation strongly aligned with our commitment to student wellbeing at Corpus, reinforcing the importance of courage in facing challenges, commitment to personal growth and compassion for self and others.
We thank @zero2heroau for supporting our students with messages that empower, educate and build hope.
Meet some of the amazing humans that will be swapping their suits for boots, the boardroom for blisters and their lunchtime sandwiches for... lots (and lots) of sand!
Our May trekkers will be walking lighthouse to lighthouse, cape2cape, 135km in 5 days, to raise funds to support the work that we do here at Hero HQ (running our school aged programs across the expanse of Western Australia).
