-Caravan Window-
Gathering what I have learned about drapery and window styling, I designed a window reflecting the traveler lifestyle while utilizing patterns and organic colors to tell this story.
Tools: Table saw, orbital sander, miter saw, pneumatic stapler, molding, glue gun, shears, acrylic paint
-Richard Nixon Foundation Display-
Design by: Maple & Associates, LLC
Exhibit: Captured, Shot Down Over Vietnam
Scenic Artist: Zelida Solorio
Desired effect was to have faux concrete finish reminiscent of cells or the Berlin Wall.
-Explorer’s Lantern-
Scraps of metal from a variety of uses were molded into the lantern that would be utilized by an explorer as the search for lost cities.
Tools: Round rod for handle, galvanized steel octagon electrical box, wood base, sanded acrylic sheets for glass
-Sherwood Forest Log-
Constructed from a salvaged sonotube, rug material, card-stock paper, premium adhesive that was textured with a scraper tool, and painted to mimic a realistic wood log.
