The Scott Family is deeply saddened by the passing of their beloved cousin, Bonita Adele Sampson Jordan, who peacefully ascended Saturday, May 17, 2025, at the Motion Picture Home in Los Angeles at the age of 77.
Coming up on the one-year anniversary of the dedication of the Oz & Lynne Scott Stage! Please pay homage to these giants when you pass this plaque in their honor. The best Bloom supporters (&God Parents) one could asked for. Not going to let this month go by without a proper, and continuous acknowledgment of these two, who live storied Black history every day. Thank you to all the Scotts + extended, and all of you who help keep this dream going! We believe we belong, here, now, more than ever. And Oz is correct, it’s time to step. it. up. Every step, up.
