Hey besties 🤭 it’s movie review o’clock @zees_review , and today we’re reviewing @uchennambunabotv ‘s new film titled ME,YOU & LUNA, showing on their YouTube 🎬 channel featuring @eso.dike , @chinenyennebe & co. SYNOPSIS The movie follows a strict and emotionally distant boss who manages a company left behind by his late parents. He’s known for being extremely hard on everyone around him, so much that his staff & workers at home constantly walk on eggshells around him . His only soft spot seems to be his adorable dog 🐕, Luna (an American Eskimo), who he treats like his best friend. Things begin to change when an NYSC corper gets posted to his company at the time when he urgently needed a Personal Assistant. He picks her for the role, and from that moment, their lives become intertwined 👀. Along the line, she helps him find Luna after the dog goes missing, and somewhere between all the chaos, love slowly finds its way into the picture 🥹😩 If you ask me, I’d rate this movie a solid 8/10 ✨. It’s lighthearted, soft, and the perfect relaxing evening watch. And if you’re a dog owner like me 🐶, then you’ll understand why @eso.dike completely lost it when Luna went missing 😂😂. Losing a dog honestly feels like losing a best friend. Plus, I heard Luna is actually his real-life dog 😭 no wonder their chemistry was so natural 😂😂. So today is another beautiful Sunday to celebrate Mother’s Day and this was the perfect movie 📺🍿 to start my Afternoon with. To be very sincere, I feel like this is one film every family should watch today. Watching this movie will help you reflect deeply on the importance of a mother ❤️ Now, who is a mother? A mother is one who cares for and nurtures a family. A mother is one who holds the family together and makes sure everything is taken care of, even when nobody takes care of her she sacrifices & put her family first. Watching this movie felt very reflective because it touched on something many women struggle with during marriage and motherhood — the lack of care, support, and appreciation. The film beautifully shows the strength of a mother and reminds us that every woman deserves support because nobody should have to carry it all alone. To my movie besties, if your mom is still alive, always celebrate her and call her whenever you can because been a mother is not easy 🤍 And if you are a mother reading this, I just want to say well done mama.
