Collectively, this team brings more than 250 years of construction experience.
We lead with steady control, clear communication and proven judgment.
We hold the standard and protect the build.
We push for better planning, better detail and better outcomes every day.
When you build with Ze, you build with family.
Building a home is personal.
There is a lot that sits behind it.
Planning, decisions, coordination and people.
Our role is to carry the process and build it properly.
So the result is a home you feel proud of for years to come.
When you build with Ze, you build with family.
We treat every project like it’s personal, because to us, it is. Many of our clients come through word-of-mouth and stay with us for life. We’re proud of that. It reflects the way we show up, deliver and support each other, every step of the way.
New project locked in at Brick Bay.
Big views, a great site and a renovation we’re looking forward to working on.
There’s always a lot that goes into signing a contract like this. Trust, planning and a shared vision for what the home can become.
We’re excited to get this one underway and share the progress as it takes shape.
Working with architects.
Our role is to deliver the intent behind the drawings, resolving the practical realities of construction without compromising the outcome. Materials, details and sequencing are handled with care so the finished home reflects the thinking behind it.
We understand what is at stake in architectural builds and renovations. Every decision on site is made to protect and maximise the design.
This is the satisfying part.
Paint bringing the spaces to life. Outdoor decks going down. The feeling of the home starting to show.
Coastal Pavilion is really starting to come together now.
For most people, reaching out to a builder is a big first step.
That’s where Dylan comes in.
Dylan is usually the first point of contact at Ze Build. Early conversations, site visits, understanding what clients are trying to achieve, talking through budgets and helping clients understand what comes next.
A lot of people come into the process not knowing exactly where to start, especially with renovations or architectural homes. Dylan’s role is to make that feel clear, approachable and well guided from the beginning.
He’s also a local family man who understands the trust that comes with building someone’s home.
Good builds start with good communication.
That starts here.
We believe the strength of any project lies in the people behind it.
Our team culture places people first. Clients, designers, subcontractors and our own builders all play an important role in delivering the finished home.
Leesin, James and Kurt.
Our Project Managers, and the ones you’ll deal with the most once your build is underway.
All three are qualified builders. They’ve been on the tools, they know how a build comes together, and they don’t miss the detail.
They run the job day to day.
Trades, programme, sequencing, site decisions, and keeping everything tracking as it should.
They’re also your go to.
Questions, updates, changes, clarity when you need it.
Good builds don’t just happen.
They’re led well.

The Ze team making good progress, and the structure coming together as it should.
Good people on site makes all the difference.
A lot of the stress in a build comes down to one thing. Cost.
