The Makepeace x Humble Island Long Lunch brings together two of Noosa’s finest, @zebmgilbert of @makepeaceisland and @chef_stacey32 of @humbleonduke for a seasonal feast set on one of the region’s most iconic private islands.
Choose your own adventure:
〰️ Ticket One: snacks and drinks aboard the Makepeace Island barge as you drift down the Noosa River.
〰️ Ticket Two: aperitivo at Lucio’s Marina before ferrying across to the island.
Both include curated wines, a guided island tour and a return ferry, because this is not your average Sunday lunch.
From 1:15pm, it’s all about Stacey’s cult-favourite snacks, Australia’s finest Queensland beef and Zeb’s signature seasonal dishes, cooked fresh on the island and designed to celebrate local produce and bold, sun-soaked flavours.

This inspiring collaboration allows us to celebrate the beautifully home grown Sunshine Coast produce right here on island, while helping the teens build hands on skills in fire cooking, pickling, produce care and beyond. It’s also a chance for them to see their hard work come full circle, from soil to plate and take pride in knowing their efforts are valued and enjoyed here on island and within our local community.
