Made in memory of Deano, a beloved community member of Bombay Beach and avid collector of Pez dispensers! @cody_the_roadie and I collaborated, he made the body and working mechanics, I made Deano’s head, and @spenserlittleart made his glasses. 👓. Had so much fun production designing this @lucidsoftware ad earlier this year. Lots of great practical effects which I love 💖 We also used the software to plan it and I gotta say I’m a fan.
I was going through some old photos and found a photo of a ceiling mural I painted in my old place. Figured I should share it. I often forget to post my art.
The most unexpected things inspire me sometimes. 😆 @taoruspoli excitedly showed me the new outdoor toilet and I immediately wanted to lean into the juxposition of a real toilet inside of an old porta potty. It still needs air conditioning and more leg room to become truly luxurious though. 🤷♀️
