Every time I train with @zavierfine I question my life choices somewhere around rep 14. 😂💀 But honestly? This matters. Polly’s Army of One is physical. I’m on the floor, up again, dancing, shifting characters, moving through decades of life in one body. And at 68, I’ve learned something important: You gotta train for the life you want to live. So while Zavier is over there trying to quietly destroy me with “just one more rep”… I’m over here getting stronger for the stage, for the future, and for the wild beautiful life I still want to keep creating. We allow chalk here at Tucson Strength but you have to be respectful. We keep our gym clean and leaving a big chalk mess isn’t cool. You can bring your own chalk and we have chalk buckets behind the front desk for you to check out. Coach Z has been a personal trainer for two years. He graduated high school year early so he could focus on his PT certifications. He specializes in powerlifting, strength training, kettlebells, and pain-free movement.
