Šodien, 11. aprīlī, atzīmējot Vispasaules Parkinsona slimības dienu, notika pirmā “Kustību laboratorija” mācību programmas “Kultūra un veselība: starpnozaru projektu vadība” ietvaros. Programmu ir izstrādājušas četras Baltijas augstskolas— Latvijas Kultūras akadēmija, Rīgas Stradiņa universitāte, Igaunijas Mūzikas un teātra akadēmija un Lietuvas Veselības zinātņu universitāte kopā ar Ziemeļu Dimensijas Kultūras partnerību. Kopā ar Katrīna Dūka, Danu Lahtionovu, Martu Balodi-Kraujiņu un Ingūnu Griškēviču īstenojam pilotprojektu — 10 nodarbību ciklu kā atvērtas nodarbības visiem interesentiem, ar īpašu fokusu uz cilvēkiem ar Parkinsona slimības izpausmēm.
Nodarbību mērķis ir sniegt iedrošinājumu (empowerment) un pārliecību par savu ķermeni. Esam pateicīgi, ka nodarbības var notikt Latvijas Nacionālās bibliotēkas telpās.
Īpašs paldies un atbalsts Roberto Casarotto un Greta Pieropan par dalīšanos zināšanās par dejas un kustību metodēm darbā ar cilvēkiem ar Parkinsona slimību.
Grupa ir atvērta, un tai iespējams pievienoties arī kādā no nākošajām nodarbībām.
Savukārt oktobrī notiks konference Rīgā, kurā prezentēsim pilotprojekta rezultātus, par tiem ziņosim vēlāk.
Somehow, one of the most invigorating duets I have is with Thom Yorke. The tune and his voice create this depth where I can dive in with my body. I like duets. Class description
This yoga class is dedicated to conscious movement, breathing, and body connection. The class combines various yoga practices to work on movement flow, build strength and mobility, and develop inner balance. The class is suitable for participants of all experience levels, encouraging the development of body awareness, stability, and ease of movement.
Biography
Alise Putnina is a contemporary dance choreographer and dance artist. She holds a bachelor’s degree in contemporary dance choreography from the Latvian Academy of Culture and a master’s degree in interdisciplinary art (POST) from the Latvian Academy of Art. Since 2015, she has been working as an independent choreographer, collaborating with artists from various fields, as well as regularly conducting masterclasses in Latvia and abroad. Since 2020, she has been a lecturer and methodologist at the MIKC NMV Riga Ballet School.

The first part of the evening will present a performative conversation — an exchange of experiences reflecting on the time after recently completing art education, exploring the various scenarios, challenges, and triumphs artists encounter in their post-graduation stage.
In the second half of the evening, visitors are invited to move their hips to the rhythms of the imaginary club Amnesia together with its resident DJs — Otra Pussyte and Ford Eskort!
