Buugeng Workshop in Osaka – Complete!
2日間にわたる8つのクラスのワークショップ。
＋ヨガセッション と LEDでの「和」イメージした和武幻コラボ！
今回は3-5年目とになる、関西の武幻の生徒中心のみんなとの武幻三昧。みんなの武幻へと熱い想いのおかげで最高の時間でした。
これからも一緒に武幻を盛り上げていこう！🤗🌠

This time, it was all about diving deep with my dedicated Kansai students who’ve been training for 3–5 years.

Winter Snow River Bath 🏝️
今日は最高の天気に恵まれた川入浴😜！
めっちゃ寒くてさらに雪が降りだした！❄️🤩
Today's weather was perfect for a river bath because fxxking cold and snowy! ❄️🤩 I believe that cold water baths have numerous benefits. they make me feel invigorated and alive! 💪😀 I aim to go for a river bath twice a week. Additionally, every time I shower 🚿 at home, I start with a cold shower before switching to hot water. This routine adds a wonderful aspect to my daily life.
寒水浴には多くの精神的、肉体的な利点がある。それが俺を元気にし、生き生きさせてくれる！💪😀
週に2回、川で入浴することを目指しています。そして、家でシャワーを浴びるたびに、冷水浴から始めてから温水に切り替える。この習慣のお陰で少しでも自分自身に元気を生み出している!

It was an Epic Fire Gathering !!
日本の大好きなトップファイヤーダンサーがこんなにも集まると、普段 山の中にいるから、俺の中のいろんな引き出しが みんなのパワーで引き出され、新たな クリエイトも産まれ、気持ちをつく 脱ぐことができ、最終日にはやはり 声はほぼ出ない状態になった。
そんだけ楽しい ファイヤー ギャザリングでした💕🤗
ともくんをはじめ、こんな素晴らしいイベントを作ってくれたみんなに大感謝です！

Being surrounded by Japan's top fire dancers pulled something out of me I didn't even know was there. New ideas, raw energy, total freedom of expression. By the last night my voice was basically gone. That's how good it was.
