On vous a pas encore parlé de nos super nouvelles stagiaires ! A gauche c'est Zoé qui fait une année de césure après un DNA aux Beaux-Arts de Clermont. Zoé a une pratique hybride de collectes et sculpture. Pour Villa Glovettes, elle tient un carnet de notes et dessins qu'on partagera ici. A droite c'est Chiara, étudiante en M1 d'Histoire de l'art à l'Université de Grenoble. Elle suit un parcours Musée, exposition, patrimoine et roule au biocarburant. Ensemble, elles forment un incroyable duo, très complémentaire, qui nous accompagne dans les préparatifs du festival Solstice-en-Vercors. Leur stage a commencé début janvier et on les garde jusqu'à début juillet. The fourth radio episode about the creative pastures of “Verpėjos”. In September, we visited residing artists Monika Jagusinskytė and Penelope Volinia, also met Zoé Nétillard-Gardey, an intern from France, and Jorūnė Greičiūtė, a director and screenwriter who replaced Penelope after she left. The conversations are in English, Lithuanian, and French.
In this episode, we will hear excerpts from Monika Jagusisnkyte’s film script Eating Rite, as well as Zoé Nétillard Gardey’s poem “Cellule duveteuse” and sound improvisations by Mantas Joneikis.

It is very likely that, at this very moment, you are situated on a piece of fungus. Beneath the ground, fungi weave vast networks — communicating, competing, and collaborating with one another and with the ecosystems around them.
Inspired by the fungal way of life, we have composed a table adorned with seasonal harvest and Jerusalem artichoke bites, from root to fruit, prepared at @verpejos residency for the guests of Varėna Mushroom Festival @grybusventevarenoje . Felted wool designs by Zoé Nétillard-Gardey @zahonu create a surface for glass containers, each holding the food we served, echoing the shelves in every gatherer’s pantry. We encouraged the festival guests to appreciate not only what we see and knowingly interact with, but also what remains unseen — the hidden networks that ultimately connect and sustain us all.
