The Word. invited eight tastemakers to celebrate ChristianĀ Louboutinās India-exclusive capsuleāāLa Vie en Indeā, a love letter to the countryās centuries-old relationship with jewellery, colour, and craftsmanship. Drawing on the luminous tones of the Navratna, or nine precious gemstones, and Monsieur Louboutinās longstanding relationship with India, each stoneās aura is translated into lacquered reds, emerald greens, deep sapphires, and luminous golds across sculptural stilettos, jewel-bright sneakers, and the Maisonās iconic Paloma bags. The collection feels celebratory and is heritage refracted through a global lens.
