So many partners made the last couple years an amazing journey. For your help in chasing cars, climbing mountains, and facing fears, I thank you. May we never lift and be afraid to take some chances here and there. 03/24/23 | Salt Lake City, UT

The biting wind whipped Alex’s face as he crested the peak, the vast expanse of untouched powder stretching below. He remembered the days when every turn was laced with fear, a fear born not from the mountain itself, but from the weight of expectation. He used to ski with the constant pressure of living up to an invisible standard, the belief that approval from others was the key to unlocking the “good things” in life. Like ghosts on his heels, the whispers of peers and family fueled a constant need for affirmation, a validation that his existence was justified. Years later, standing at the precipice of that untouched slope, Alex felt a shift. The years of competition, both on and off the slopes, had molded him into a skilled skier, but they had also taken a toll. Now, the mountain offered more than just a thrilling descent; it was a proving ground for self-discovery. With each carve, each controlled drop, a voice within grew louder: “You are okay, Alex. You always have been.” The need for external validation, once a heavy anchor, began to loosen its grip. The experience, the skills honed through years of pushing himself, were his own, independent of the opinions of others. As he reached the bottom, a wide smile spread across Alex’s face. It wasn’t the “cool position” or the external validation that fueled his confidence anymore. It was the quiet knowledge that he was capable, he was worthy, and he was, quite frankly, less ego, but confident as hell. #skifilm #utahfilm #greatestsnowonearth

That’s a wrap! Every project is different. Every project has different locations, needs and crew. But one thing is similar. The act of creating and working towards a common goal. Make the best thing you can make in the moment. What a team we had on the ground in Texas! Given the remoteness of #bigbendnationalpark and the need to depend on your crew, this will probably be one of my favorite episodes. Type 2 fun. Can’t wait to share the edit. @desertchief crushed it with the BTS this trip. Thanks for the love bro. #onthetrail #drivingline #nittotires

“All the flex!” @carbonoffroad has one the most purpose built rigs I have seen on the trail. The thing is a beast. Another episode of @drivingline “On the Trail” premieres today at 9am PST. This is a fun one. There are rocks, sheep, breakage... all the flex. Let’s go. Link in bio.

Happy 10th anniversary @sarahjohnson3686 ! Time has just flown by. We accidentally (with lots of hard work) made a pretty rad life together. Thanks for putting up with my craziness and being an amazing mom to our beautiful boys. I know it’s only the beginning. I feel like it only gets better from here.

Building Speed is a film about building a 200 mph motorcycle and running it at Bonneville Salt Flats in Utah. In 2019 I was asked to join a great group of guys to help document Max Hazan and Haas Motorcycle Museum as they break a land speed record at Bonneville’s World of Speed event. This was my first time to Bonneville. Let’s just say I was blown away by the experience. A special thank you to @haasmotomuseum and @themightymotor for making this all happen and @maxwellhazan for being the stud who is willing to twist that throttle over 200 mph. Really excited for you all to watch this film. Just my take on the experience. I hope you enjoy it. Link in description.

Newest episode of #onthetrail with @drivingline is now live. This episode is seriously one of my favorites. Not only the challenges of learning how to do production while the world seems to be falling apart, but just the sheer effort put in by everyone involved. We pushed hard for two days, with many learnings and a couple scratched bumpers, but we got a good one here. Can’t thank the team enough. Give it a watch and a thumbs up! 📷: @aaronwmckenzie

I think my favorite thing about making films is the people that you meet along the way. Everyone is on the same page. Make the best thing that we can make right now! Focus is high and energy is everything. You end up making friends for life. Work hard and enjoy life. #grateful

Another episode of @drivingline #onthetrail series is now live. We took a team to Sedona, AZ to run the #brokenarrowtrail. Executing on production always has it’s challenges. Especially out of vehicles in the middle of the desert. With a slimmed down team, we had a blast that’s for sure. Sedona never disappoints. Probably one of my favorite desert destinations. This trail has something for everyone. I highly recommend giving it a morning or afternoon run. Thanks to the effort of the whole team, I really enjoyed this episode! Youtube link in bio.
