Our new short documentary, Bike Story, will have its World Premiere at the Academy Award-Qualifying Indy Shorts International Film Festival next month!

Bike Story actually began while we were filming our 2022 Indy Shorts Official Selection, Toboggan ‘Bout Town, and we couldn’t be happier to premiere the new film at Indy Shorts this year.

Meet Zach Downs (@zacharydowns ), Executive Producer and our next featured crew member in our “Who’s Who on the Dirty Laundry Crew” series!
“I think for anyone in the video or film industry, working on a feature-length narrative film is a dream goal,” says Zach. “It takes a lot to make a good film, but it all starts with a good script. Once Rocky, who wrote and directed the film, showed me the first version of the script, I was convinced this would be a great movie.”
As cofounder of @12starsmedia along with @rockywalls , Zach has overseen production budgets, timelines, and crews since 2007.
“We have a talented group within the 12 Stars Media team,” Zach proudly acknowledges, “but we needed to pull in a few additional skill sets. It may be surprising to hear, but there are plenty of really talented people in the film industry right here in the Indianapolis area, which made finding all the necessary crew members possible.”
In the end, Zach just wants the film to make a positive impact on the people who watch it.
