Thrilled to share that I’ve been selected for my 3rd World Championship team! A huge thank you to everyone who’s supported me this season — I’m looking forward to continuing our work together as we take on what’s sure to be a tough (but exciting) challenge next month. The season hasn’t gone quite as I imagined, but I’m in the best shape I’ve been all year. And with six weeks of prep still to go, I’m excited for what’s ahead. Bring on New Delhi! šŸƒā€ā™‚ļøšŸ‡®šŸ‡³ šŸ“ø: @kenny.zhong

2024 -> 2021 Taking a step back after Paris this past month has made me appreciate the small victories. Although this year was far from ideal, there is still so much to be happy about. A 2nd Paralympic final and 2nd fastest time of my life is just the tip of the iceberg. And although I may not have come back with a medal this go around, I’m glad to see that the work we’re doing here is still paying dividends. The past 3 years have flown by, and sometimes it’s easy to forget to stop and look back on the advancements that were made. Really proud of our progress since Tokyo, can’t wait to see what these next 4 years have in store! Bring on the City of Angels šŸ‘¼

Not the fairytale ending I was hoping for. But can’t be disappointed with 5th in the world! Although the result may not have been there, I’m proud of the way we’ve fought through adversity this season. I try not to be one for excuses, so this is tough, but a stress reaction which sidelined me for nearly 4 months is hard to ignore. Massive shoutout to all of those involved in getting me back to full health and on that start line in Paris. Without each and every one of you, none of this would’ve been possible! I could ramble on about this race and this season for hours. To briefly sum it up: I’m content. But we’ll be back on that podium soon enough. Appreciate all the supportā¤ļø Time for some rest. See y’all in ā€˜25 and onwards🫔
